I am going through the same pain. The lease amount of 18 lakhs was supposed to be refunded in October 2022 but I never heard from them.
They didn't paid rent to owner for the last 3 months and now I am getting the heated words from the owner of disrupting the water and electricity to my flat.
Key Staffs are absconding and office staffs were trained to fool the customers to buy time.
Appeal to all to file a joint police complaint before they disappear.

I m from Chennai, 16.5 lacks is with them no one answering, owner contacted me I told them I never vacate the house until they pay the money, I don’t have an agreement with them

I am already complementing my tenure in 2days and there is no communication or response from this Fraud company STSK.
The owner broke into my house and asks to vacate stating that the agreement is over between STSK nd Owner in SEP itself and I'm staying here illegally. I am in a very bad state as of now nd homeless too with my family. We need to action right away with out any delay.
