I have rented my house to stsk properties for 3years.. Since 6 months I haven't received any rent from them.Tried all possible ways yo contact them but no response.Now yhe tenant is refusing yo vacate my flat.Im in total loss..

I have took a house from stat property at 2021march

While I’m vacating they or not giving my money back my number is blocked by each and every person in stsk property I have gone straight to their offfice nothing works I have given legal notice they returned to me
I dono how to get my money back
I have all proofs in emails they have sent and bounced check

Stsk Proptech pvt Ltd is a fraud company and all directions Shivakumar, Divya Katappa are fraud and looted money from many customers. They closed their offices and run away. Customers are suffering because property owner is chasing to vacant flat but without money how we can vacate the property. Please raise this concern at higher level to get help and our hard earned money.

Stsk is a Property management company that leases out houses on behalf of owners and pay the owners rent, gets lease amount from tenants.
I am C R Ashok, i got into lease aggrement with them and deposited 20lakh for the house.
