The product is not working properly i used it to trim my beard but it didn’t trimmed it and nothing happened and then i used it on my hand for testing and same problem occurs It was not working properly. I purchased this product for trimmed my beard but its not useful for me So please i request you to returned it as soon as possible I have recently buy this product and i wanna return it because it is not working and I want my money back it’s totally fake My order no is.
