Student — Refund my payment

I have made a deposit of rs. 700 during fill up of my examination form of ppu through sbi epay. While i choosing your payment gateway for payment, choose my bank rupay debit card option of payment, amount deduct from my bank and redirect to another page and show me below error message (Attach message also) and transaction failed .
