We had ordered on 6th September 2021 order no ( APP15015 ). I believe the escalation email which you have provided is for esclation. Escalation basically means an increase in the intensity or seriousness of a specific matter. There is a reason why I am writing an email to you. I can understand you guys are not able to deliver my product on time but at least be a bit professional to reply back to my email.
