I have placed an order from this site. However, its been 31 days and they have not dispatched my order. They have replied to my emails siting various issues such as Covid-19, busy festive period etc. On further research, I found that I am not the only one facing similar issue with this website. There are others who face similar problems and have talked about it on the web. Some have not received the products after months, neither a refund.
