Styched — There are delaying the order as per committed time line

I have made a prepaid order on Styched website (www, styched.in) on 7/3/2022.

There is no phone number provided to connect with the customer service. I have emailed them many times to check the status of my order but their reply is same every time. Even i asked them to cancel my order but they denied.

I want full refund of my order, pls help.
