I had Ordered a dress on Dec20 from @style_loftt. They have assured me that it would be delivered within 3-4 days. The responses were prompt when I had queries regarding the product only till the time I hadn't made the payment. Post this I have waited for 2 days and than messaged them on Instagram again seeking for a tracking id so that I can check where it is and when exactly would I get it. But they haven't responded to it although they have seen my mesages. I have waited for that day thinking they might be busy and would get back with details soon. But that didn't happen. I again messaged them Next day and again it's the same scenario. From than I have been messaging them 3 times a day even when they are online but still they are just seeing my messages and are leaving without any acknowledgment. They are uploading stories, seeing messages, updating posts but not reverting. I please request you to help me get the refund on priority basis. Was this information helpful? |
