I have ordered a lehanga from style loft and it is totally different item with no similarity when I asked them regarding order details they told me they will sent an email but no email recieved where I can check my product . They are really scammer, they scam on instagram and make people fool . Please if any body can take an action against them please take

I had placed an order for a Anarkali set from style loft. They were helpful and and friendly till i placed the order. When asked they said online payment products will be delivered in 3-4 days and cod products in 6-7 days. I made an online payment. When i didn't receive the products after 4 days texted them back but they wouldn't reply. I didn't think the package was coming so i asked them for a refund. They still didn't reply. When i finally got it after a week i was not satisfied with the product. When i texted them they said they would get back to me and that was the only reply i got. The material was net and the lining was stitched completely inside out and was seen through the net. The pant leg was full length but the lining wasn't. When i texted them asking for a refund they said it's not possible. When i had asked them before placing the order they said there would be no return only exchange for the same product but a different piece. But then when i asked them for an exchange at least they just wouldn't reply. I tried calling them over the google pay contact number but they don't receive the call. There are no other contact details or a return address on the package and there is no way to reach them other than through instagram direct messages.

It is a worst site where they show some thing in pictures and delivered product will be very low quality and cheap ..i had a worst experience .they say that there is exchange policy but they will not even respond to our messages once the product is delivered to us.

I ordered a saree took 1600 rs and delivered another saree and they r not even responding now whether on mail or Instagram .Suggest everyone not to buy from style loft .Please don't go by reviews posted on their page cuz u will never see complaints there

Hello, I would like to explain the same issue the lady here has.

My sister ordered two dresses from their Instagram page, they have a facebook page too, and this is a very smart way of scamming people that they have.
It is a scam they are running at style loftt.
I came across only the good or maybe subpar decent reviews of people who have ordered as well.
They have no option to comment on their posts or tag them, and also the same goes for Facebook.
We got two dresses. A subpar decent quality for one dress - which is atleast wearable.
The second one is exceptionally cheap and horrid, wrong design, cheap quality. We asked for an exchange for the second dress, and she - woman or man, don't know really, but I'm thinking it's a woman looking at all the oh wow oh wow reviews they have put up on their page to scam people.

They don't message back, they don't reply, they leave you hanging at seen.

Also, it was our fault that we thought if there are so many people saying the products are good enough they would be, but honestly they are not.
I tried messaging them from my profile and it was a similar reply, leaving it on seen.
So yeah, please do not buy anything from such scammers, and also don't promote them.

You are giving them an advantage for scams.
If ten people buy - one or two dresses each from them, around 2k eack, that is 20k they are earning, in which, around 7k or 6k are decent sub par quality products, and the rest easy scammed money they are getting.

So please, listen to us who got scammed, and stop buying from fake Instagram scammers.

Red flags - only good reviews.

Return policy is drastically stupid and hence you shouldn't but anyway.

I am trying to return a dress of mine which is absolutely pathetic. The picture I was beautiful and what they sent me made me cry. Now that I'm asking for a return address all they gave me is shop 125 yogi arcade, how would I know where that is, and then they have the audacity to tell me that I'll have to pay the shipping of the dress I'm ordering for exchange

Am trying to return a dress which i had ordered from style loftt as I didnt like the material or a design.. they interacted very well when I ordered and till I received the package and paid for it but now as I want to return it they aren't answering me and this is annoying me very much...

I made same mistake by ordering a lehenga, Due to pandemic situation I was not able to get any tailor so paid extra 2k to get stitched lehenga as per my size, I gave that person my measurements . I requested him to dye the color of lehenga from red to orange . he said yes we will do it. but i received a cheap quality red product after 1.5 months and the lehenga is not even my size . I wear S size, Stle Loftt sent a L sized lehenga.
When i texted in whatsapp, in instagram no reply came. I called him from different numbers for thousand times but they did not answer . I feel to cry by wasting so much money .
complaining here does it help? If yes then please help me.

This is to inform all the followers of style loft please please don't order any dresses from them...
Please don't trust them guys. I got worst experience from them. They delivery cheap quality materials. And i[censored] order then plz prefer COD.
I ordered one lehanga from them on 17th July but they didn't sent me any shippment details and more over they order it on 25th July. I got my parcel on 30th July. But they said they will deliver within 4-5 days.
I use to call them daily but no one responded. If we msg they wont rly.
And I got worth 300rs cheap material..
I was jst shocked.
I'm posting coz be careful when u order any thing from online especially from unknow.

I too have ordered a lehenga.. it arrived yesterday but when I opened the parcel the it was completely different than what I ordered and it is even cheap. So many msgs I sent but none of them replied. It was for 1750/- does any one know where is their shop ??? I am from Pune and during our chat conversation they said they are from Mumbai.

Extremely bad experience and cheap product . They were responding properly till I dint transfer money . After I transferred money they stop responding . The quality is so cheap that it needs to be thrown . They promised the size and all but everything I got was wrong .

Omgg...after reading the reviews i got to know that i also got cheated the way others got...I ordered a lehenga...at the time of order the messages were very frequent...But after doing the payment...no response from their side...after called 100 times on insta and messaging they provided me with the courier code...n even the courier service person was so rude...I had to go there to pick up my ordered...n when i opened the pack i was literally feeling like crying...such pathetic material...totally unstitched ...dont ever go for shopping from any site befor reading their reviews and all...specially STYLE LOFTT.ipoz
