I have placed an order on 9th june from style loftt on instagram for 1800 rs and the seller assured that i will be receiving updates regarding the order and told that i will receive the order in 1 week but it didn't happen. Even after asking for tracking details repeatedly the seller does not respond with the tracking details and procrastinates it. And ignores the texts always. And when i ask for refund as i didn't receive the order she says that there is no refund policy.
Neither i got my order nor the refund
