Style Loftt — Red Lehenga

I made same mistake by ordering a lehenga, Due to pandemic situation I was not able to get any tailor so paid extra 2k to get stitched lehenga as per my size, I gave that person my measurements . I requested him to dye the color of lehenga from red to orange . he said yes we will do it. but I received a cheap quality red product after 1.5 months and the lehenga is not even my size . I wear S size, Style Loftt sent a L sized lehenga.
When I texted in whatsapp, in instagram no reply came. I called him from different numbers for thousand times but they did not answer . I feel to cry for wasting so much money .
After asking so many times they did not send any invoice soft copy or hard copy .
