Styletag — Amount got deducted but order failed

Hi,

I had ordered bedsheets which is of 999 and the amount is deducted but order failed. Order no is R[protected]. And I had raised the complaint and had contact customer care and they informed that amount will be getting refunded in 10 workings days and if this is from credit card it will show in next billing cycle and he confirmed that this was from credit card where as it wasn't as I do not have any credit and now it's almost been more than 20 days but I haven't received the amount. Also I received an email stating that the query has been resolved where as it wasn't. I have been cheated again. This is really pathetic. By this I guess online shopping is very risky specially when COD is not accepted. To deduct they do not take a min but to refund it's taking so much time as I believe if refund is initiated, we get it with a week or 10 days.
