Payment was online mode...but I didn't get nay confirmation for order
Please refund my amount...

Style tag send me a product that is pathetic. They are not replying on any media. I bought a dress it has alot of miss printing and low quality fabric with no stamp for origional brand but just a fraud. I want to return that and want my money back on any cost. Kindly dont make others fool. Zero response on the complaint i made before. I just want my money back...

I don't know what the hell this website is doing. I ordered a dress as per their add claims its original but its fake as it has alot of missprint and does not match to the description given there. Site is not responding to any call msgs massenger or email. Tired of trying. I want to return the order and refund my money back as soon as possible anyways i'll report that fb page and also the site? Making sure they not make fool others....

I have placed an order (Order no r[protected] on 21st march 2017 which was received on 27th mar 2017. On 27th march i wrote a mail to return the same as the size is imperfect. I have also mentioned to provide me the next size but same is not there in their policy. Same was picked up for return in next 2-3 days. Its being a month of regular complaints and reminders i have no clue what is going on......

I purchases the product on 26 jan 2017 and returned the product with in one day and some got cancelled by styletag himself. But till now they have not provided me my refund.
I mailed him and called them several times but the always send incomplete info and tat.
Till now not received my refund. Its being a month now. There executive on phone also talk badly....

Though my past experiences was good with Styletag. The way they handle the customer queries is a concern. I ordered a product on 29th Dec 2016 and received it on 30th Dec 2016. Though I sent a replacement request on 30th Dec 2016, it is been ignored. Due to certain emergencies I am in Hyderabad. I request them to pick it from Hyderabad. But I never received any response. Many follow ups have been done regarding the refund amount but they are dodging the complaints from one customer executive to another saying refund has already been initiated & they raised the credit note but till now the refund has not been reflected in my account! Tried calling the manager but they gave lame reply saying they are busy. Requesting Ur kind help regarding the issue....

I have returned 2 products back to them for quality issues and have not received my refund after 2 whole months. I have been constantly following up from my end, but there is been zero intervention from theirs.

Despite being 2 months, and false promises later, my money is still pending to reach the bank. The date this issue was first raised was : july 19th 2016
