I placed a few orders on styletag.com during the 'ek ka dum' flash sale. The order numbers are : R[protected]st march ; R[protected]th march ; R[protected]th february. The above mentioned orders were placed during their ek ka dum campaign during which I successfully managed to acquire those products at Re.1 with a shipping charge of Rs.99/- The order was placed successfully and the order progress showed a delivery time o[censored]pto 3-4 weeks. Yesterday when I called the customer care regarding the update on the delivery of my orders, the customer care executive said that they no longer have the items in stock and the orders I placed have been cancelled. After waiting for a month, I was very disappointed by the response I got from syle tag. When enquiring about the items which I had ordered earlier, I found out that some of them were still in stock and available for purchase on their website. When I enquired abot the same to the executive, she just responded that the seller to whom I placed my orders was different and that the item is being sold by a new seller. I refuse to believe that since the item and the pricing are exactly the same. Therefore, I feel that I have been cheated by styletag because even after a month they did not call me to inform about my order. I had to call them and ask for the details to which I got a response stating that the money I paid for it will be refunded. I request you to take some action against this.
