Styletag — Money is not refunded for the returned product

hi Ordered a product from styletag[order no R[protected]]. I returned the product within 2 days beacuse the product was of very poor quality and was not as per mentioned on their site.they confirmed that i'll get my money back in my credit card. I have attached the return receipt with pickup date, address, my name and order no mentioned on it. Even after 3 weeks of returning the product they are denying that they haven't received the product back. I followed up with them on mail also but they are not responding back. They do not want to return my money. This site is completely fraud site. they sell cheap products with higher price tags than their actual value.
