Styletag — Money never refunded after repeated requests

1. On November 11th I had placed a return request to Styletag regarding a jacket that I had purchased and provided my bank details for a refund. The same was acknowledged and the jacket was picked up as per a reverse pick-up scheduled. 2. Styletag received the product back into their warehouse and I was informed that the refund of Rs. 1125 has been initiated against my bank account and that it will take a maximum of 10 - 12 working days for me to receive the refund. 3. I kept following up continuously through chat but everytime I received the same response that the refund has been initiated and I will receive it within the next few days. 4. It has been over a month now and they have not yet refunded my amount. Their phone lines are always busy and through chat they give the same response that I will receive it soon. They say their customer support team will get in touch but they never call. 5. Today once again I had a conversation with them through chat and this time they said, they had received the wrong account number and on the 21st they received the correct account number. This is a lie because the truth is I had given my bank details in the 1st week of November itself and all details are correct. 6. They are not refunding my money no matter how many times I request them for the same. I think that they have not even initiated the refund even though they have received the product I had returned and keep telling me I will receive it in a few days. I feel very helpless because I don't think they will return my money and they are not bothered about this situation even after multiple requests from my side. Please help me get my refund. P.S. I have all the email exchanges but I am not able to attach the same here. Please let me know how I send you the same.
