Many follow ups have been done regarding the refund amount but they are dodging the complaints from one customer executive to another saying refund has already been initiated & they raised the credit note but till now the refund has not been reflected in my account! Tried calling the manager but they gave lame reply saying they are busy. Requesting Ur kind help regarding the issue.
