Styletag — Order says failed but amount deducted

Hi, I placed the order for bedsheets for 999 and it accepted my bank details and amout got deducted from my account but on website it shows as your order has been failed and i am not sure what is the issue as customer care is not receiving the calls.please refund the amount to the bank. FIRST time I had bad experience I'm online shopping. FOR ref my order no is R[protected]. GUYS be very careful when you shop online as this how they cheat the customer.
