I have ordered an anarkali dress from these people with the above cited order no. And they are not refunding my money. Everytime i call them they keep on saying that i will get the refund within 5-10 days and never get the refund. I have been cheated by these people. They seem like thieves. They have forced me to cry for my purchase with them.In future i will never purchase anything from these people. The reverse pick up for the dress was done on 04th may, 2016 and its 25th may, 2016 and i have called them today and they are saying that now software upgradation is being done and i will get the money within 7-10 days from 25th may, 2016. I feel like crying on my knees another 7 to 10 days from today then they will have some other excuse. Please i humbly request you to look into the matter and screw these people. I think that's how they run business by stealing money from customers like this. I am forced to put a complaint today. Despite my frequent e - mails and reminders they are not bothered to refund my money.
