R[protected], R[protected] these are the order IDs, i had placed the order on 22nd september 2015, and have not recieved the products yet. The representatives are not informed, managers are rude, "the money will be reflected on your account in 4-5 working dates" is their tagline of the company and they don't really care about the consumers.
