Few months back i have ordered a dress on 1+1 offer which costs 1300 rupees in a instagram page called styling_heaven. she said if there is any issue there is easy return and exchange. Then i placed the order. After a few days i received only one dress i have asked her and she said that i will receive the second one in few days but i haven't received then i asked her to return my money she said ok and collected my bank details and said the transaction is done. After checking i found that she hasn't send me my money i again messaged her to ask.why did she do so but she blocked my account. I tried with many other accounts but she blocked them as well. I have tried to call her but my effort gone in vain. I request you to please help me out.
