Last months i have ordered a dress on 3 lehenga which costs 2100 rupees in a instagram page called styling_heaven. She said if there is any issue there is easy return and exchange. Then i placed the order. After that i didn't receive any order tracking details and all. A few days later, again i message her to know the order details but she didn't respond me and i asked her to return my money but she didn't, i keep message her. She hasn't send me my money i again messaged her to ask. Why did she do so but she blocked my account. I tried with many other accounts but she blocked them as well. I have tried to call her but my effort gone in vain. I request you to please help me out.

I placed an order and I got some other dress instead of the one I wanted. I texted the respective instagram account from where I ordered it from and gave her/him all the necessary videos and images as proof but then never answered my messages and left me on read all the time. I hope this would help me get the ordered parcel and get it exchanged with the one I've got
