I had ordered two dresses in Diwali which was delivered very late and one product was not which i had ordered . Total amount paid by me was Rs 4100/- . Later when i contacted them they said i can exchange and no refund as per their policy, so i asked them to show me options they said first return products pay shipping charges of Rs 150/- . I returned the products last later they didn't give me any exchange also not replying to my messages and call and also not giving my refund of Rs 4100/- Now i had lost all my money ..Plzzz help to get back my money.
