I had ordered two dresses in Diwali which was delivered very late and one product was not which i had ordered . Total amount paid by me was Rs 4100/- . Later when i contacted them they said i can exchange and no refund as per their policy, so i asked them to show me options they said first return products pay shipping charges of Rs 150/- . I returned the products last later they didn't give me any exchange also not replying to my messages and call and also not giving my refund of Rs 4100/- Now i had lost all my money ..Plzzz help to get back my money. I had returned the dress to lady name Raksha in Borivali west address:- A1 Neela Building, Kiran Rashmi Neela Society, Opp Sminu Building, Prem Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai -400092.

Stylish drapes a brand which showcases products that attract sellers send extremely low quality products for a high price. Nothing as shown in their ads. Now they don’t have a return policy, it’s more like an exchange for other shady product and consumers have to pay for the to and fro couriers additionally. Plz shut down this unethical brand. They have not mentioned the so called exchange policy on their Instagram page and do not exist anywhere else.

I have ordered a decent quality kurta set.. By its look it was a veru good quality dress. What they have sent me was totally different color and a very very bad quality material. The cloth quality is same as we get in umbrella. No one can wear it. This is a total fraud. It cant be a 2000 rs dress. When i acknowledged them to get refund they are not giving me my money back.. Saying i have to buy another product of same or higher price and i have to send back the current dress by paying shipping charge and have to pay 150 for the new dress shipping charge. Saying it is in their policy. But there is no such policy written anywhere in there page. Please help

I ordered this product and received wrong product. They don't have refund policy.only replacement. Also one time free shipping.if you want to replace you have to pay delivery charges first to return product. Once they receive, you have to choose another product and pay shipping charges again. They don't share original picture or videos if ask.

I ordered lavender ready to wear saree with padded stitched side zipper blouse. I even mentioned the complete order details in the note while making the payment. I paid 1750 rs on 1sr March 2023 and they sent me pathetic cheap quality saree which was just stitched manually. The saree is not even worth 500 rs and all the tread was coming out. The horrible part is they promised a stitched padded side zipper blouse but instead sent a piece of cloth which they called it's the blouse only! Nd the piece of cloth (blouse piece) was so small that it can't be STITCHED. Then I asked them to send the blouse at least, they said the blouse piece is the blouse nd said it's bcz the price is also very less! False promises they've made. Nd now they're asking me more 150 rs to pay first for exchanging the old product nd also once they receive the old product, after receiving the old product they'll then give options to select new dress. I said show me dresses worth 1600 nd deduct 150 from my first payment of rs 1750. They denied. They expect us being a customer to compromise on everything and they're not ready to do even a single thing to fix the mistake from their end. I'd request you to please take the most strict action against stylish_Drapes page on insta! First someone was chatting with me on what's from this number[protected] and then they asked someone else to chat with me from this number - Raksha exchange manager[protected]. They copy paste the same msgs like 10 times. It's been a month now nd still nothing from their end. Money and times wasted. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

This is my worst experience on online shopping. First of all they give anything and without fitting in the name of style. Second, there are no refunds. Third for exchange you end up paying all the courier charges with expensive courier service, while they send via cheap courier service.
And you end up paying extra courier charges as well.
They want it all at their norms. Even if there is the mistake from their end, customer ends up paying the cost.
PARHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

This is my worst experience for exchange. These people just give anything in name of stylish products. And return or exchange is such a painful activity. And you end yp paying all the courier charges and extra bugs tooo.

I ordered a yellow suit from stylish drapes on 5th Sept 2022 but received a defective product with a completely diff color and fabric which they had shown in the pic . The stitching is pathetic looking like a cheap suit for which i paid Rs 1999. Now when I am messaging and calling them they are ignoring the messages and call. Please help me with the refund or exchange.

I had ordered a lehenga from the instagram page @stylish_drapes and paid a sum of Rs. 1999/- through Paytm on 18/09/2022 at 01:57PM. As per the description the lehenga should have mirror work on it but instead it had paper mirror work on it that too it was missing from many places. As per the conversation with the company's representative on whatsapp number [protected] the product was supposed to be delivered at my door-step but it did not instead I had to go and receive from the courier service office which was around 10 kms away from my residence on 24/09/2022.
After receiving the product, I checked and it was of very poor quality so I decided to exchange it as there was no option for refund of money deposited. I contacted them on instagram and whatsapp and they assigned some Ms. Jeel Vaghela to help me with the exchange process. She had sent me messages stating company's policy that I will have to send the product back at their address i.e. A1 Neela Building, Kiran rashmi Neela Society, Opp. Sminu Building, Opp. Havmor Ice cream, Prem Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai-400092 through DTDC. I did the same on 30/09/2022 and shared the receipt with Jeel on Whatsapp.
Since I had received the wrong product I have been looking for new options for exchange but there is no positive response from them. When I message them on instagram they ask me to contact on whatsapp and when I message them on whatsapp they ask me to talk on instagram.
Kindly help me get justice.

I ordered one blue coloured suit on 8 sep.. i paid online & they said it will get delivered in 3 to 4 days .. i waited for almost 10 days then i had been asking for the tracking id for 7 days then they say we don’t have blue colour.. I asked them to refund my money she said we don’t do refund order any other product .. I refused but she didn’t bother to reply for 5 days then i told her to send me another article but she used to befool me for long today when i got the parcel i mean I can’t imagine how can people cheat this much ? That suit’s worth is only 150 rs n i have paid 1500 .. even my maid wears better suits than that .. guys please try not to buy anything from these Fraudsters.. they just do this for money.. 🙏

I have purchased an item on 2nd August 2022 and shared payment details on their WhatsApp number([protected]) as suggested by them. They are yet to deliver the product and whenever we are reaching out to them for updates, they are ignoring messages and phone calls. Definitely associated with online fraudulent activities and a strict action should be taken against them.

I paid online 2099 rs for a dress and shared the screenshot over WhatsApp. Once shared they stopped replying and did not pick up my phone. I request everyone to please report this page as much as possible. They are eating hardly earned money of people.

Regretting now.

I ordered gown looking at there page.. wen i recieved the pArcel it was complete different in look n pattern.. than in exchange i ordered another one.. which is also of very cheap quality.. buyers boycott ya dnt buy any products from them... they are not delivering quality products as they as promising..

I got defective suit set after sending them the pictures they refused to return or replace it and didnt address my prob.
They are fraud company.never buy anything from them

I have made payment on 12th April, they told me that it'll be delivered with q week, I kept asking them about my order they just ignored me everytime and never delivered my product, they are fraud never buy from them their Instagram I'd is stylish_drapes, I also commented on their post but they are very smart my comment does not show to public and whenever I comment good thing it's visible to everyone, they are biggest fraud their followers are also purchased, they should be punished

I paid on 15th April my order was supposed to be delivered on 18th April. But now when I am asking for tracking detail you people have blocked me on whatsapp and are not replying on instagram.

I ordered a dresses from Stylish_drapes I asked them whether it will be delivered in 7 days to Odisha they said they will ship in express and I will get my dresses in 5-7days. I asked for tracking details and they said they will send details as soon as payment is done. After payment they didn't provided details and said it will be delivered in a week after 7 days I messaged them and they were not replying. I tried to contact for 5 days and they were not providing any details.
I paid 2000 rupees I needed those dresses in urgent. Today it's been 20 days since I ordered

I ordered two Shararas looking at their page on instagram . I got two totally different items . Design itself was different. The color, texture, everything. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one saying that’s their company policy. They asked me to exchange it and I had to pay from my own expenses for the courier back to their warehouse. I then tried two sarees for exchange thinking it would be safer, and I’m getting another completely different saree out of the two I ordered. This time, it was not even close to the one I ordered. It’s almost like they pick images from google and just sell the nearest, somewhat accurate product. When asked to show me the dress the second time before it was shipped to avoid the same situation, they refused to do so.

ALSO . The delivery took 2 weeks post told date.

Bringing this to light here so that no one ever faces the same wrath from this so called “company”.

I ordered lehenga on 17th March 2022 and I paid Rs. 1, 999/- through gpay. They use to send me same msg every time I asked for delivery, "you will receive in this week & you will get call" which I never received. I asked them to give me my money back & they stop replying me. They are uploading new photos on there page & stories daily basis, but never replied me. Can anyone help me to get my money and if the new customer is reading this I will suggest not to buy.

This page in Instagram is fake. First when I was enquiring them they were replying me and later on when I made the payment they stopped replying and even blocked me when I started commenting on their Instagram posts. Kindly help me

Provide cheap products and provide no refund and ask money for exchange as well.

I have ordered a dress from stylish drapes on the 2nd Feb 2022. They promised me saying I'll receive the order within 5-7 business days. I waited patiently and followed up for the product. All in get a msg saying the product is in the way and I'll get a call before delivery.

There is a page called Stylish_Drapes.
I paid them upfront.
After that they even don't bother to receive calls nor messages. When I asked for refund they blocked me on WhatsApp and over calls.
Please help me as don't even respect client nor they respect the value of money...

Had ordered dresses online.
We're very cheap and useless.
Had ordered for around 4 dresses for around 8k.
Very cheap material used and threads coming out.
Does not at all look like picture they have on watsapp.
Scamming people by sending cheap cloths.
Not worth ordering at all from stylish drapes instagram page.
Tried to report them but did not take any action.

Had recently ordered a lehenga from this Instagram page called Stylish Drapes which has fake followers of 291K. They promised the outfit design would be the exact same as in the picture and also had asked for the size. I had ordered ‘S’ and received XXL instead with a totally different design. When asked for an exchange they replied after 1 week saying it’s not possible. After a bit of an argument/request they agreed for exchange, no refund and said I have to bare the shipping charges and I have to order something that is more expensive than the current one. Do not trust this fraudulent page. Such a useless brand who don’t know how to treat customers.

I recently ordered a green suit from Stylish Drapes and when I received it. It was completely different from the picture, I had also asked them for pictures bede purchasing and she said that it was 100% same as picture. The quality was bad and not worth a single penny. I tried reaching out to them for a refund and they have not responded.

I have placed an order for a dress on 20.10.2021. Amount paid advanced . Till today no parcel received even after contacting many times no responses from them

Te are fraud guys... They sell 3rd class copy of the pictures what they are showing as reference pic, replies are so late from their side... It took more that 24hr for single reply... They do not have any real pic of dress whenever I asked for real pic they have some excuse...
Don't buy anything guys...

I ordered a lehenga worth of 2k from so called stylish drapes which is a famous page on Instagram having more than 200k fake followers and fake customers reviews, when I order they told 2-3 working days to receive product but I got my product after 10days, after receiving the product I was surprised the product showed in the picture and received is completely different, very poor quality when I raised the complaint they don’t even respond to messages very bad customer service.Don’t purchase any dress and don’t waste your money and time
