Stylofebric.in — Didn't receive the order

I didn't receive the delivery for the order placed. The amount got debited & got a message stating that you'll get your delivery in 11-12days. Even dropped a mail & tried connecting to customer care but no revert. Kindly take some strict action for this fraud.
