Stylofebric.in — Undelivered products - been more than 1 month

I had placed a prepaid order on stylofebric.in which said due to covid, orders will be delivered within 6-7 working days. It's been more than 45 working days and the order is undelivered. They do not reply us on email or we do not have any update about our orders on the website. Their website doesn't open and there is no update too.
