[Resolved]  Su-Kam — Bad Experience with Inverter Service

Name: Utpal Datta Mobile Number: [protected] Complaint Number: [protected] Our inverter has been down for few weeks. We registered a complaint with Sukam through our dealer on 30th May. However, no technician has visited our home to check the Inverter. We repeatedly called the customer care and the dealer to look into this. Every time we get a same response that some technician would contact us. But we received no call from any service center or technician. Now with lot of frustration and disappointment, I am posting my grievance here and hope some senior people from Sukam would notice this and cater to our request. With so much promises about performance and service, this has been very disappointing experience. It feels like being cheated from a reputed brand.
