Su-Kam — Battery backup is poor

I have purchased the battery and inverter from rajat electronic seraikella on 02/11/2015. Care if vinayak enterprises jsr. Problem had come once in 01/09/16 and same battery has been repaired and given back to me. It is in guarantee period.

Product : tall tubular battery

Now again there is a same problem of battery backup. It'snot more than 30 minutes even only three led bulbs are lighting.

Dear Sir,

This is for your information, i am using Sukam product shark 900 which is got burnet and battery also get burnet because of this issue. this issue was happen tonight caused huge loss as my product battery and inverter get fully burned.
