I bought a battery on 18/6/18. it is already malfunctioning while in the warranty period. The battery is not providing any backup as it did it in it's earlier days. It is very disappointing to experience such a thing. The contact numbers on the warranty card are totally useless. This is just causing me more trouble as reaching the Su-Kam company has become so difficult. The website doesn't work either. You are required to provide me a solution to this complaint at the earliest and arrange for sending your personnel at my place for rectification.
