Su-Kam — faulty falcon hbu model

Have purchased falcon hub model around a year ago. Since then i am facing multiple issues with this inverter.

1. Dealer sold me unit having "demo" written on it. Looks like he sold me a demo unit.
2. On first power on of inverter on the day of installation fuse bust and some sparks from the inverter, after that inverter is not working. Dealer sends inverter to the service center and it took 2 weeks to get it repair.
3. Now few days before inverter stops working with short circuit working.
There is no short circuit in wiring, everything works well without the inverter. Service person repairs this issue.
4. After this repair on next power (On a same day of repair) failure inverter works only for 5 mins and after that, it is giving a warning for 'overload'.
Now everything after power failures inverter works only for 5 mins and after that, it is giving overload warning every for single tube light.
5. Inverter never works with the android app.

Looks like i got faulty (Demo) piece of the inverter. Here i am requesting you to replace my inverter with a new unit.

Sukam customer care promised me they will investigate about demo pice being sold and get back to me by Monday. Today is already Tuesday and they did not get back to me.

Sukam engineer visited and confirmed motherboard of the inverter is faulty and need to replace.
1. As of now, Sukam does not have the motherboard in stock and it will take undefined time to get the motherboard.
2. This is the second time in one year need the motherboard replacement.
3. Inverter stopped working 3 times in less than one year.
4. Inverter was not working on 1st power on and it took 2-3 weeks for Sukam to repair it and it is not working from last one month.
5. I think this faulty and demo pice sold to me and I need a replacement with the better model of Invert.
