Su-Kam — inverter not functioning

Dear sir / madam
We have su kam inverter "mfg 16/06/2006, model no. Hups-sonik, capacity 600va/12v, sr no[protected] b
Which is not functioning — not relaying electicity post inverter, we have to bypass inverter when elecricity goes off and we shift on generator and many a times while shifting on / off generator, computer restarts, it mean inverter snesor & relay are not functioning properly
Please do needful as soon as possible
Please give me call prior to attend it on[protected]

I Have Purchase Inverter in Dec 2018 but it is not working Properly, I am trying to call your Toll free No but not able to contact, so could you please register my Complain, It is under Warranty and need to repair,
