Su-Kam — No response on my complaint | |||
I have a sukam solar system and it is not working. So that I registered complaint ( ref number - 16193C[protected] through customs care on May 27, 2017 regarding this but no one gives proper response. One engineer, who contact number is [protected], called me on May 27, 2017 and told me that he will come on May 29, 2017 but he didn't come. Today, he called me and told that he can't resolve any problem of Ghazipur district. Today, I called to customer care once again. They provide contact number of local service center (Rajesh - [protected]). When I called Rajesh, he gave contact number of another person ( Daramendra - [protected]), who didn't receive my call. So that I would like to know who will resolve my problem and when??? Was this information helpful? | |||

1. 5KVA - battery not charging from PV. we checked all batteries ok.
