Su-Kam — on/off automatically inverter bulb

Only 15 days happened from purchase date actually it is the problem i m facing since i'm using this bulb my bulb is automatically getting on/off and heated i lost my warranty card only 15 days happens from purchase plz suggest correct opinion and if i can replace/repair in warranty or i purchase it from amazon only that proof i'm having i purchased it around rs 550

It is puchase on 24.08.18 which is in guarantee period. But company not providing service. Servuce centre is asking fir charge and says that there us guarantee covered on online purchase. Plz make shortout
