Su-Kam — Parts not replaced within warranty period

Purchased home ups on 2014/04/14 and itscarries2 year warranty for the complete unit and 7 year warranty for the transformer. The complaint started on 2014/10/05 - the sp open the device and started beating relay's in pcb with screwdriver handle, after that unit start working. Next year near about august the unit was getting over heated and there was scrappy noise from the cooling fan. But due to some personal emergency not able to give the complaint immediately. On 2015/11/01 raised complaint and the sp attended the call and said he dont have the cooling fan right now with him, give a complaint again for this after some month's. Then raised 2016/03/12 -cn- [protected] and marked as resolved without attending on 15th. Then on 21st - [protected] - got a call on 25th from a sp saying he will attend the call between 11am and 2 pm on 26th. Then on 26th even after 4pm no response form sp, when i called him, he start shouting to me, he had some person work, then i asked him why can't you to inform me early. Then start saying some non sense and he called me i am a mad person that's why purchased this product. For this all giving complaint on cc, mr pawan said, will arrange call back within an hour also committed to me he will initiate the misbehave issue to the high authority. Next day 27 sp attended, but he is not known person even to open the device properly, he somehow put screw driver in between cover and open. Same time some parts of the body broken, all screw holes where broken, then he somehow removed the fan from the unit and applied oil after removing the sticker from the brush less fan. While switch on the device fan was not working then he beaten the device and start slowly working. For such repair i asked him to replace the fan, then he said, similar type fan's are not available in the company. Same time he prepared the job sheet. I mentioned all the stories happened at the time of repair and very clearly mentioned i need a replacement for the fan. But on 28th complaint marked as resolved. Again complaint with mr pawan from cc committed with me saying, "will give an extended warranty of 6 month from the replacement of the cooling fan" and raised another complaint. 2016/03/28 - [protected] - when i enquirer cc on 2nd april, i come to know that the complaint rejected due to the un availability of the fan. The same happened again on 2016/04/02 - [protected]. 2016/04/08 - [protected] and this complaint where attended on 16th april, the sp who carry a fan which is triple size more than the existing fan in the unit. He try to put the fan down of the pcb that wont cool the heat sink, so i deny him to put the fan over there. Then he remove the existing fan and remove the clip/connector from the fan wire and directly connected to the 80ah battery and shown me the fan is working. He put the fan back and on the device which he come to know the fan was not working. Then he beaten the unit with screw driver handle and start working. He told me the fan is working he start preparing the job sheet, i deny to sign until and unless the fan get replaced. Then he said the fan is working fine the problem with your pcb. I will carry the device and check from there service center, for this he deny to give the letter that he is carrying the device. So i deny him to take the device. Within 2 min i got sms saying the service complaint was resolved. Very next day the device was worked for 2 hr and its too hot, same time i called the service person who attended previous day and asked him to check. That time he said, "now your unit is out of warranty if you need the service you have to pay, i know the fan and the pcb where not working properly" for replacement of those thing i have to pay rs 2000. For these all information mailed to the sukam customer care, gurgaon service manager. No response from them. Again on 2016/04/18 - [protected] is my regarding all those issue then one lady, she not even ready to tell her name says if i need service i have to pay 150 as service charges then spare parts i have to pay extra.
