Su-Kam — purchased sukam tubular battery in last week december 2017 but dealer refusing to attend complaint as he says sukam closed operation | |||
I purchased Sukam tubular battery TPG 1350 on 21/12/2017 from East Side Sales Corporation, shop no 52, Khosla Market Complex, Gagan Vihar Extn, Delhi-110051. The battery is under 36 months warranty. When I called the dealer on a complaint that the battery is unable to give full voltage when on inverter, the dealer said Sukam battery had stopped operations hence he is unable to help.
