I purchased sukam battery on 27.02.2014...it has 3 years gurranty. .but it has stopped working in the gurranty period. I complaint the battery sukam service centre. .they took the battery on 05.09.2016.and says my battery was return me in a week .but now 3 week has gone ..but my sukam battery not return ...i call the service centre but they didn't give any response me.when i call the service centre they tell me that your battery gave to you tomorrow. But they dint do this.they dont solve my problem.and they dont take an action . Was this information helpful? | |||

Normal battery works atleast 3-5 years. but this su kam battery (which I have purchased) didnt work for 2 years, they are giving 18 months granty and 6 months warranty, so whats the fun of this company, other normal companies gives 36 months granty. this is ridiculous, totally fraud in the market. bad service.
