Su-Kam — Sukam inverter not working - pathetic sukam service

Raised complaint on May 9th and having t o call your customer support everyday. No one showed up so far even after 22 days. Customer service representative says will be resolved in 24 hours. same story everyday. What funny is they do not keep any track of complaint about calls. All they say is your complaint raised on May 9th and your name is xxx. I have asked him what is the status. Will be done in 24 hours. Unfortunate that we bought sukam brand. I advise you to keep track of customer calls and what effort you made to reach local service guy
