Su-Kam — warranty related issues in inverter

I bought an inverter and it provided me with 24 months warranty but the problem is although i’m still having my validity there has been no customer service. The prouduct is showing some issues and is not functioning properly but the company services are not at all taking into concern although warranty still remains.
Do take some serious immediate actions asap.

I have purchased sukam solar controller and plat write now voltage function would not work and customers care no. Not working last 15 days my inverter and solar plate not given voltage plz help
