I have bought 2 pair of shoes 6 months ago from suave store on cod. Paid the money for both the pairs. I have taken one pair but one pair was defective. So, it was returned and they asked to give us the good one. But it been since 6 months that we are following them every day, writing mails, even given order for other products. Also several times we have asked to share the product list which is present in their inventory so, that we can solve the issue. But that list is never coming from them. Also we have called them many times, they have blocked our many numbers and not attending calls.
They have not replied the single mail or call back us.
Even they are not returning the money
