Subh Exports — fraudulent credit card transaction

I got a call asking that they are improving current plan of fbb sbi styleup card which will help us shop in d-mart and all that crap. I said no don't upgrade my card and i am not going to use the card so please block my card. Still i get a credit card bill of 7787 transaction on subh exports and in reality there is no such trader named subh exports. I haven't heard this before and how will i shop through it.

It is clearly a fraud and now credit card people are behind us for bill payment. When we haven't shopped anything why will we pay the bill for the same.
