This is totally pathetic. Yesterday i bought Karachi biscuits from Hinjwadi dmart location. Today morning i open the seal of the packet and i saw all biscuit are broken already. This shows you guys just give discount intentionally to sell the defected product. This is totally rubbish and horrible.

I have bought big size umbrella from dmart Ravet Pune 412101 branch on 28 June 2022
The umbrella cost me Rs 500 /-.

The umbrella turned out to be defective when we opened it at home, all its support string made up of low quality plastic material broke.

The new umbrella is no more usable at this stage.

The most disappointing moment when i asked dmart customer care to accept return of defective...

In Barnala Dmart, continuously 2 times in my pregnancy condition I suffer mismanagement from staff during billing they use to told me that we are closing a counter and going to start next one but even though customer who are after me in queue use to get there billing from same counter which one they told me they going to close and refuse me to do billing so is their is any priority to people who use to argue with ur staff get there billing...

My order id is 65593536 dt. 19th June. I received the wrong design o[censored]mbrella. I immediately called customer care and lodged a compliant. After multiple calls and email, none of your customer service people understand the problems at hand.

The product i ordered is Penelope 12 as per the design shown on Dmart ready website. I received a wrong design with the same product name which is actually Penelope 3 as per Dmart ready...

I have visited d'mart at valsad on 30 June 2022. I have tried to pay through Google pay from my 1st account and payment is not successful. They said payment is timeout so tried with my 2 bank account and payment is successful. After 30/40 mins I know that my money is also deducted from my 1st bank account. Please do something.
Amount - 304/- Rs....

I visited D-Mart ar boiser today on date 01/07/2022 and bought food material of worth RS. 2596.63.
But the material like sugar, groundnut, poha and groundnut like items are packed in paper bags which are not resistant on material pressure and water. This all food ingredients are get mixed and wet due to rain.
If everyone issued bill amount then why we loss at our costumer end.
Request you to replace my material or pay...

I was bought Blanket after lot of searching at D Mart Panvel . But at Billing counter price tag was not scanned and there was no response by accountant and complaint Department .
it should be resolve at very urgent basis.

    Hi, here i went to D-Mart yesterday in chatt, Zirakpur. And bought some products but when I returned to home when i was checking my products, i opened the Veet wax cold strips box that i bought for Rs 92 and i was shocked that it had empty wrapper of Garnier hair colour with its manual and the product wax strips were missing. Please kindly resolve the issue....

    मै पिछले 3 महिनो से d Mart मे काम करता हू किशनगढ मयूरा सिटी अजमेर मे । मे समय पर d Mart पहुचा किसी कारण से मेरी सेविंग नही की हूई थी cash officer ने सेविंग के लिए बोला और करने के लिए भेज दिया मै सेविंग करके d Mart पहुचा तो cash officer ने वापस भेज दिया और बोले अब कल आना। यह बात पहले ही बोल देते। कृपया उस cash officer पर शिकायत दर्ज करो। Please sir

      Sir on 19 Jun 22 I visited DMart Store bhuj kutch.. My money deducted twice for One Bill, via UPI and second time via Cash .My Bill no.[protected] of amount 977.. rupees... Sir pls look into this and please refund money back as soon as possible...

        On 19 june I visited D mart... I took my luggage in luggage room and enter the d mart... after entering inside d mart I realise my wallet had been left in my bag... I came outside and asked luggage handling employee to take this token and please give my bag I will take my wallet and put this bag again inside locker... He misbehaves with me... said once I gave your bag I will not put it again in locker.. I requested him, But he said dont come...

        When i was exiting from dmart, and i had payed for my stuff, and went at the the same exit and showed her the bill, thr security saw the tag of my cloth and started touching my cloth without my permission, especially during covid time when i was wearing a mask and she wasnt, then she called another security and aksed her to check if this was their cloth and i was highly shocked, she kept twisting and turning me, is this how dmart treats their...

          D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts Money deducted from my bank account and credited to Dmart but bill not generated

          Today after shopping in your Dmart branch -Opp. Bhakti Heights, Behind Shrushti Residency Amroli - Sayan Road, Kosad, Surat. 394107, Gujarat, I had tried to pay through Google pay and transaction failed in first attempt but was successful in second attempt and money was deducted from my account and transferred to Dmart, but bill not generated... So cashier girls demanded to pay again, and made me to pay again through debit card.. so now twice...
