I want to register a complaint against Miss Anjali, who is deployed at the Ice-cream counter outside DMart [Gandhidham, kutch, gujarat].Her behavior is very rude and unprofessional. During my purchase, an item priced at ₹85 was incorrectly billed as ₹795. Upon verification, it was found that the barcode of a higher-value item (makhana) was mistakenly attached to another item (moong), which led to incorrect billing.

Although the amount was later adjusted after I raised the issue, this incident is concerning. It raises an important question:

During my visit to Dmart Sarjapur yesterday (22/02/2026) arund 5:30 pm IST, I was forced to park my SUV in the B2 basement although it was meant for only small cars. The Dmart staff had put the barricade on B1 parking, although there was ample parking space available for big cars in B1 parking. But the Dmart staff forced me to drive to the lower basement B2 although the path way was too narrow for even a slight turn. There was no guidance...

D mart doesnt allow to take materials after billing. They dont give carry bag, they dont give cartoon to pack the material. Neither they allow to take basket outside.
The store manager was very rude and arrogant.

In a happening on 6th Jan'26, I discarded a broken plate for which I paid to a corner in the shop in distain, not thrown nor forcefully dropped, it is just discarded from hip height. But the manager ranted in filthy colloquial language without listening or respect. He blocked my bill and did not deliver my purchases for which I paid. I am filing this complaint against DMart (Avenue Supermarts) for their repeated failure to resolve a service issue related to Order ID[protected] and Ticket ID 6790121.

The product I received malfunctioned within days, and I raised a service request on November 1, 2023. It was to be picked up on November 3, but despite clear instructions, the pickup was done without the necessary parts, rendering the inspection incomplete....
