Subha Stores Chennai — Subha Stores Damaged Sofa Set

Purchased Sofa set from their exhibition and one of the legs was damaged. I was promised that a repair person would be sent on Thu (17-Sep-15). He did not turn up on that day. Hence I was told that they will send the person on Saturday. Again the person did not turn up. I ended up waiting throughout the day. All this while I had to call the stores multiple times and everytime a different person would pick up and I would have to explain the problem to them again. This time again, they made some excuses and told me that they will send a person on Monday (21-Sep-15) after me calling them. Why is no one taking ownership of the product. Why do I have to keep calling you again and again? When are you going to fix my issue. I had made many purchases from the exhibition. One cloth drying stand was also damaged. You promised to replace it, but no action has been taken from your side. I am moving to consumer court.
