Purchased Sofa set from their exhibition and one of the legs was damaged. I was promised that a repair person would be sent on Thu (17-Sep-15).
He did not turn up on that day. Hence I was told that they will send the person on Saturday. Again the person did not turn up.
I ended up waiting throughout the day. All this while I had to call the stores multiple times and everytime a different person would pick up and I would have to explain...
