Dear sir/mam,
My name is subhash verma and i am working with hdfc bank as a roll of ta.
I am a regular customer of your bank and my account is in barsalpur branch, kolayat, bikaner.
Last saturday i visited to branch, there are two staff on duty, but no any one to respond me i wait them 3 hour but no one ready to hear me and then i came back.
Please mail to your bank staff or give him some instruction how behave to customer.
