Submit Complaint Smashing Commerce — pest control repellent

I have ordered this product after seeing its ad on facebook due to bad reviews and this company is fraud I dont want this product and cancel it I got an email from some Ankita customer care Manager who changes her surname according to customer's surname she is also fraud and now she is not replying to my email and calls my Order no is ORDER #144502.

Please ask them not to deliver the product I will not accept it.
