Awaiting for ECG report. ECG report was performed at their Thane centre, next to RMall, Ghodbunder Road on 22bd March 2023 at 2.30 pm We were promised to send the report by email by 5pm same day. It's 8.45 pm now. And my five emails and two phone reminders to them. They did not send the report. We need to start medication depending on the report. This is utter nonsense. Utter negligence.
