I had booked online appointment for USG of my husband today at Suburban Diagnostic Borivali west centre above Tanishq. At the time of booking appointment I had clarified that I will make online or gpay payment. When my husband went for sonography at 6 pm the lady sitting at reception and one Mr Sachin Salunkhe( I got his number through true caller since my husband forgot his cell and called me from his number ) insisted on cash payment and didn't allow him to get USG done and sent him back. Such kind of treatment is done to patients who are already in pain and they have no courtesy. Serious action to be taken against them

Awaiting for ECG report. ECG report was performed at their Thane centre, next to RMall, Ghodbunder Road on 22bd March 2023 at 2.30 pm We were promised to send the report by email by 5pm same day. It's 8.45 pm now. And my five emails and two phone reminders to them. They did not send the report. We need to start medication depending on the report. This is utter nonsense. Utter negligence....

I went to airoli 3 suburban diagnostics for covid check up, they said the report will be available @ 7 pm, we confirmed multiple times and also informed her that i have a flight on the same day and will need the report, however they said for sure you will get the report, and when called to collect the report they kept on postponing the time and then later they closed the lab and there was no response from any of the employee. Worst diagnostics...

Test for RTPCR test conduction on 28th of Oct, At Suburban diagnostic Madgoan, The Lab technician had come home but wasn’t with the ppe kit and sample collected at 9am in the morning while the reporting time stated on the report as 12:40pm which is almost 3 hrs 40 mins later indicated on the report, Report received on 29th stating the 8 year old Child was positive with Covid. Which truly indicates the test wasn't conducted correctly.br...

Firstly want to say that they have a collaboration with UMARJI MOTHER AND CARE in Balewadi and I was referred by my Obstetrician to Umarji for a Combined test that included NT Scan and blood sample for double marker. My NT scan went well followed by my blood samples collected by Suburban on the same day. I was said I should receive my samples by the following week which I actually did not and instead I was called for 2nd sample as they stated that there was a shortage of previous blood sample and hence they need some more. I did so accordingly and then I was informed I should receive my reports by the next evening which I did not receive once again. After 2 days I followed up with them and again got the similar reply that I should get my report by next evening and again I did not. Finally after 3 more days I called them for a follow up and this time when I heard the same reply I got frustrated and asked them for a firm answer and to which they said they will call me back with the reports in some time and they did so informing me that I am having a high risk as they had confirmed my reports with the doctor in Umarji hospital however they did not send me the reports even after 3 hrs. I had to follow up 3 times within the 3 hrs to get the reports. Finally they did send me and had complete messed up report that would scare any pregnant lady. When I gave a review in google I got a call the very next day from the central manager of Suburban apologizing on the delay and she was trying to convince me by saying that the previous blood sample had a very high reading and hence they had repeated the test. She said that she can show me the email where it was mentioned to repeat the test but when I asked them to send me the email along with my first report as I wanted to confirm, they just stopped taking my calls and never received a reply from them on the same. I had again submitted a review in google for Suburban diagnostic & again I got a message from the manager saying that she cannot share the email as her top management has not allowed her to do so. I have also asked for the first blood report & there is no reply. When I provided my review in google, I realized that there were 80% of the reviews with similar complaints related to delay, incorrect report & taking repeated samples.

On Thursday, June 04, 2021 I had an appointment for a USG examination at 11:00 Hrs. at the Lulla Nagar, Bibwewadi - Kondhwa Road Centre. SID no.[protected].
On visiting the washroom at the centre, I found there was no soap in the dispensing bottle. It did contain about 5 mm of some very diluted water giving the impression of soap.
I pointed this out to the reception staff. They made a phone call to somebody upstairs. After my USG examination was over, I had to wait for the examination report. On checking the washroom, I found that the Soap had still not been replaced, even after a lapse of 12 to 15 minutes.
At this point I requested to see the person who is responsible for the housekeeping / administrative services at the centre. After having had to raise my voice one Mr. Santosh Pakhare showed up as to the person in-charge of the centre. He appeared to be most casual about the absolutely callous and low level of hygiene, more relevant in these times of the COVID PANDEMIC.
I wonder, if SUBURBAN DIAGNOSTICS Centres consider it as improper to maintain proper level of hygiene.
I would definitely like to inform you that I am think this should also be brought to the appropriate Health Authorities in Pune as well as the medical community at large.

We have requested for RT PCR test on 8th April 2021 at around 1:30 p.m. but the sample was collected on 8th April 2021 at 7:15 p.m.
till yesterday there was no response regarding test results we have been following for the reports vigorously and could not manage to get the favourable response.
today, on 13 April 2021 we have received the reports at 12:10 p.m. the time and date parameters mentioned under report are absolutely fabricated and fake.
As a common man, we expect and believe that the contents of the reports are 100% accurate but by experiencing the dates mentioned in the report are and reasonable and false.
How we can trust on the test results mentioned in the report?
kindly clarify.

We had booked for test and swab samples collected on 8 th April afternoon n were promised reports within 24 hours but after 60 hours reports not ready n still they say another 18 to 24 hours.
Need explanation for the delay or request refund with written apologies.

I had made an online appointment of Covid test and done prepayment online, but had cancelled the appointments the next day and was told that the refund would come to me within 14 days. As requested I had emailed the details to the given email ID the same day.
There was no confirmation email or anything that i recd. and when i checked about it again on the customer service no., they said its not needed and the refund will be received....

Today morning I had gone to suburban diagnostic Kandivali West, to get my ÇA 125 blood test and sonography of my abdomen done. The staff told me to collect the reports by 4.30 in the evening. My daughter went to collect the report. But they were unable to trace it. The staff were in a hurry to go home telling us to come next morning. They could manage to send blood report on my email. But I m still awaiting sonography report. I have an appointment with my hospital tomorrow morning. But no response yet. Their helpline executives are totally useless.

This has happened with my 2 years old son. He was having dysentery for 2 days so after contacting with the doctor i took his stool for routine check up in the suburban diagnostics in mahavirnagar branch in kandivli west on 18 july 2017 in morning at 9 i clock. After making the payments i was assured by the team in that branch that i would get the report before five in the evening the same day. But when i went to the center to collect the reports they informed me that the test has not yet been done. When asked how long will it take, i understood that the sample was at the same place where it was kept in morning and it was not sent to the lab for testing. When asked about the issue they told me that they will have the sample processed in half an hour and then will get the reports. So now i am not sure what to think about the centre.. The staff has not done it job in the first place and they were going to give me the wrong reports of the test. Now who is responsible for this careless behavior which can cause so many issues. And this is not the first time i am getting such results from this same centre.

I spoke at the reception on 31st August 2012 related to Executive Health Checkup whereby I requested the reception person to email me the test details so that I can take an appointment for my Husband Mr. Ajit Singh. That person said that they cant email it to me but would give me all details on phone. I started to note down as he said what test would be included.

Test Details:

CBS + ESR, FBS & PLBS, Lipid Profile, LFT, Kidney Function Tests, PSA, Thyroid Test, 2 D Echo, BMI, X-ray, Sonography, Physical Examination by Doctor, ENT Checkup, Dental Checkup, Eyes Checkup. Stress Test (Threadmill), Urine (routine), Stool (routine).

I called and confirmed with him 2 times that Thyroid Test, 2 D Echo, ENT Checkup, Dental Checkup, Eyes Checkup, Physical examination all will be included in the Executive Health Checkup.

He said yes Thyroid Test, 2 D Echo, ENT Checkup, Dental Checkup, Eyes Checkup, Physical examination all will be included in the Executive Health Checkup.

After he gave me confirmation I took an appointment for my husband for Monday i,e, 3rd September 2012. when the checkup was completed 2D Echo, Thyroid Tests, Dental checkup, Eye checkup, ENT checkup were not done.

I called up the Suburban Centre there the doctor incharge said that those tests are not included in the Executive Health Checkup. I said i took a confirmation from your person and he said all those are included and hence i took an appointment. Else I could have gone to other Centres close to my house, Kandivali or Borivali as i stay at Charkop. Those tests were included in the other centers with the same rates. Why would I come all the way to Malad for those tests. The doctor said he is sorry for that maybe some miscommunication may have happened.

But today i visited your website - http://www.suburbandiagnostics.com/ into your media section Executive Health Checkup clearly states that The 2D Echo is included in the Health Check up i called up your centre and they said they will get back to me in 5 minutes. But no one gave me a call back upto now its almost 3 to 4 hours.

I saw the reports of my husband where it is mentioned that his skin, eyes, teeth, ears, tonsils, throat etc all are normal whereby all those were not checked at all and you have mentioned it normal without examining. The physician just took Blood pressure and pulse. When all these were not examined how can you write that it was normal.

After spending so much of money if we get this response and result, how can one rely on your center, and if people face this then what would be the feedback to others.

I myself worked in this field in the past for almost 10 years, hence I know the importance of patient their tests and reports.

I want some action to be taken against this.

But as of now no one got back to me. Its 1 hour passed by.

I want some action to be taken against them cos considering all those tests would be done there i went there else i could go nearby to my place at Charkop i could have gone to nmmedical which in more closer.

Please help me what do i do in such case.
