Sudarshansilk.com — scam, ripoff, did not receive product

I ordered 4 sarees which ere time-sensative materials. After 1 months, when i contacted them they said the products were still in production. I gave athem a two weeks deadline and asked if they cannot fulfill the order by that time cancel my order immedietely. I wentback and forth in emails with them but still they did not ship or cancel my order. Ultimately after few more weeks, i received a partial shipment. I still haven't received my complete order or any refund for the items i did not receive.
