I ordered a kanjeevaram pure silk- hand oven saree (green)for Rs 2838, from www.sudarshansilk.com on[protected].

When I received the sari on[protected] I found it a synthetic imitation sari. I placed a complaint regarding this to their customer care [protected]@sudarshansilk.com but did not get any response. The online shop claims they pick the article from customers home in case of returns with in India. when I called their customer care but they told me they don't pick up in case of returns.
