Hello Sir,

We have been forced to take up a policy during our housing loan process @ Union Bank of India, Chandra layout branch, Bengaluru during fourth quarter of 2015. The policy # 00933447 & the policy holder name is--N.Manjunath is also a co-appliant for housing loan. But till date we have not received any policy, details of the transaction or any process related queries. Upon repeated contacts unable to get a responsible person who can resolve the issue.
I kindly request to refund the amount debited from our account & we are not interested to continue any more.
